The print quacklity on the front and back is excellent. The paper feels of high quacklity, and when paired with a high quacklity pencil (like the staedtler mars technico lead holder) the writing experience is exquisite.
I wish we could get a Kurzgesagt printed version of Staedtler mars technico in the future.

Those pocket-sized journals are a lovely idea for anyone still writing their notes/thoughts on paper (like I do sometimes). Love the covers on the deep space collection. It's almost a shame to use them for taking notes.

Good design, would be a 5 star if they were stored properly.
Mine arrived with tiny rips at multiple parts even thought completely encased in bubblewrap meaning that they are likely stored or transported poorly prior to shipping and it's not a shipping issue.

The art on these books is even more stunning than what I usually expect from Kurzgesagt, so this was an easy sell as part of the bundle with the Human Era Calendar. Since they were listed as 'mini' I thought they would be adorably sized as gifts, but they're just thinner, so be aware of that when you buy! Because you should totally get these. They bring a little awe and wonder into an otherwise mundane day.
