Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for up to 3 months after the delivery date. To qualify for a valid return, the item(s) must be clean, unwashed, and (where applicable) in its original packaging.
We are unable to process direct exchanges of merchandise. For these cases, we can accept a return for a refund and then you are free to reorder the item in the size/color that you prefer.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For all returns you need to send the packaged items back to our warehouse in Germany at your own cost and risk.
Please note that this Policy is granted on a voluntary basis. It does not affect or limit your statutory warranty rights on defective products, which exist independently as outlined in our EU Shop Terms of Sale.

Damaged Products
If your product is damaged, to exercise your statutory warranty rights for replacement or refund we kindly ask you to send us an email to support-eu@kurzgesagt.org or a message through the contact form.
Please describe the kind of damage that the product has incurred. If possible, please send us pictures of the damage.
