The enamel artwork is lovely and really pops, but wish the mug itself was more substantial and of a higher quality. It feels lightweight, like a particularly cheap metal, and doesn't insulate very well -- can easily burn yourself, even when holding the handle, when hot drinks are inside it.

The mug I got had scratch marks on the printed planets as if it had been handled with metal tongs during production. Upon posting my review here kurzgesagt support reached out to me and then sent a replacement which I thought was a real example of 'going the extra mile' when something goes wrong.

The images on the mug are stickers, and they woshed off of it after the first wash. I bought this mug for two reasons:
1. Support what the channel is doing.
2. To get a good cool looking mug.
The only reason to not leave one star is that he mug itself does its primary job. I have most of the merch, this is an utter disappointment.

I have not used it yet. It is a beutiful mug, and the desing is great. We had an issue with the white enamel mug (it got titnted/dyed too fast inside) and haven't tried this one yet.

I really like this mug, it has become my go to at work and I really like the quality of the material. It got a little discolored at the bottom don't know if the hot liquids had to do with it?

Thankful that it is one that is'nt dishwasher friendly, So i can clean it up with the love and care it deserves.My main motivation in buying it was adding onto my typical purchase from a youtube channel that continues to captivate and inspire me.(No suprise, I also have the calendar ordered.)
Other than that, it is slightly smaller than my usual mugs, which is'nt perfect, but it does'nt have to be.

Mary T. I knew these could not go in the microwave because they are metal but they cannot go in the dishwasher either. Hand wash only. That should be prominently displayed in the ad for them. I bought 2 of this style and 1 of each of the other 2 styles. Now I have 4 delicate kids mugs and my kid has seen them and wants to keep them all. They are pretty expensive to be so delicate and I would not have bought them if I knew. I spend hundreds of dollars a year on this merch for my son. Every year he gets the calendar and he has almost every poster, tshirt, notebook, pin and sticker. I am often disappointed in the tshirts as well.
