You vs. The Universe Poster

I was drawn to this poster by its stunning design, which is why I chose it as a Christmas gift. I placed the order in Lisbon a full month before the holidays, expecting it to arrive within the advertised two-week delivery window. Unfortunately, the poster only showed up a month after Christmas (far too late for its intended purpose). Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Kurzgesagt for assistance, I never received a response. To make matters worse, I’m no longer at the delivery address, so the poster is now lost to me. This experience left me out both the money and the gift, with zero support from the company. A real letdown for what should have been a thoughtful present.

The poster It's gorgeous.
However the shipment it's not acceptable:
the poster has dark background and edges, but the paper cilinder where was stored wasn't long enought to protect those edges, that now show white cracks.

It's a shame to ruin such products, pay attention to that poit or someone may complain.

It definitely makes you wonder about the vast time of the universe. The design does not necessarily fit every living room though :D
