Terms and Conditions - Community Survey

By participating in the survey, you are eligible to take part in the competition and agree to these terms. Only persons aged 18 may participate. As part of the competition, we are giving away three Gift Card vouchers worth 50 euros each, which can be redeemed in the kurzgesagt online store. 

In addition, all participants can download a digital gift in form of a digital wallpaper once they completed the survey. If you want to participate in survey and the competition, you will be required to provide personal data such as a valid email address on the website of our partner www.tally.so/, who is conducting the survey on our behalf and acting as our data processor, so that we can notify the winner. The winner will be selected by lot after the end of the competition and informed via email from kurzgesagt to the email address provided by you.

The personal data provided by you will be used exclusively to carry out the competition and will not be used for any other purposes. Your personal data are being processed in the context of this survey and in order to conduct the competition based on these Terms and Conditions. Your personal data will be deleted at the latest 90 days after the competition has been completed. Further information on data processing can be found in our privacy policy and on www.tally.so/help/gdpr. Legal recourse is excluded.

Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Kurzgesagt reserves the right to change or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if, due to fraud, technical reasons or other reasons beyond our control, a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
