Shipping

From this shop, we ship to most countries in Europe, including the UK and Switzerland. If you are shipping an order outside of Europe, we recommend placing your order from our US Shop.  

Your package always includes a tracking number, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow a day or two from when your order ships to see further updates to your tracking information. 

The shipping methods available depend on the destination and products being shipped. To view your shipping options, add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address at checkout to see what options are available and how much they cost. 

Regular shipping for orders placed to EU countries normally take 2 to 6 business days. Orders leaving the EU can take 8 to 10 business days to be delivered.  

Please note: We are currently experiencing a higher volume of orders during the calendar and holiday season so orders could take an additional 5 days. Thanks a lot for your patience ❤️

Free shipping is available for orders shipped to Germany (above €70), Austria, France, and the Netherlands (above €100) and to the UK (above £85).

For all other orders, we have flat rates for all packages – find your country in the table below.

Please note: when ordering products for delivery outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.  

Any orders containing a pre-ordered item will not ship until the pre-ordered item has been manufactured and released. You can refer to the product page in the shop for any pre-ordered item to see its estimated ship date.
