Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To ensure your package arrives in time for the holidays, we strongly recommend you order before December 5th.
For orders placed with the Parcel Premium shipping option, this deadline can be extended to December 14th.
Please note: Orders placed after these dates still have a chance of arriving in time but we can not guarantee that they will!
These dates apply only to orders within European countries (including the UK). For international and US orders, please use the US shop.
EU Shipping And Tracking
From this shop, we ship to most countries in Europe. If your are shipping an order outside of Europe, we recommend placing your order from our US Shop. We cannot ship to Packstations and post office boxes. If you generally receive your mail at a Packstation or PO Box please provide an alternate address. Please note that your address needs to be written in English.
If your package includes tracking, that information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow a day or two from when your order ships to see further updates to your tracking information.
We have a few options for you to choose from. Not all shipping options include tracking.
B2C Parcel Premium Service (includes tracking). Typically takes 2 – 4 weeks to deliver to Western Europe, and 4 – 6 weeks to Eastern Europe.
B2C Parcel Lite Service (no tracking). Typically takes 2 – 4 weeks to deliver to Western Europe, and 4 – 6 weeks to Eastern Europe.
Global Mail (no tracking). A mail service only for envelopes and small parcels, only. Typically takes 2 – 4 weeks to deliver to Western Europe, and 4 – 6 weeks to Eastern Europe.
Orders outside of the EU can take up to 6 weeks, depending on your location. Your order will take 7 – 10 business days from the time of purchase to leave our warehouse. Some countries charge extra taxes and handling fees when importing goods.
We are unable to ship partial orders at this time. Any orders containing a pre-ordered item will not ship until the pre-ordered item is released. You can refer to the product page in the shop for any pre-ordered item to see its estimated ship date.
Shipping costs are based on country and will be calculated at check-out once you enter your shipping address.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that You may be charged taxes upon import of your items if you live outside of the EU. Please be aware of your country's import tax policies.
