Everything: oredring, delivery, communication with supprot went good and smoothly, no complaints. The poster looks wonderful - as on the photos, the quality seems good, and it comes with a tube packaging - a good bonus.

My 13-year-old grandson loves his poster. My only issue was the delivery was not as promised, apparently it got lost. It took a while but they resent it and a month later he did receive it. Good quality poster.

SCOT T. The image is well done and in beautiful kurzgesagt style. The paper is thick and of high quality;not easily accidentally torn. Unfortunately, when I carefully took out the poster from its shipping tube, it looked as if it was bent prior to going into the tube. It may not show after being framed but I was hoping for a pristine poster since it's a gift.
