The pins are cute. My boys love your products. However, I probably won’t order anything else. Your shipping & handling costs are borderline ridiculous, especially considering it took over a month to receive 2 small pins.

2/3 of my shipments never came and were back ordered despite picking only in stock products. The website stated to order before December 8th to ensure it arrived before Christmas and I ordered December 6th. Most of my daughter's Christmas gift never shipped and she was very disappointed. No communication from the company and no hope of getting products or a refund. Such poor service for an expensive product. We are very unhappy.
